Banana Muffins with Crumble Top
Makes 15
Basic Muffin recipe
Additional Ingredients:
3 Ripe Bananas (mashed but leave chunky, not pureed)
Crumble Topping:
⅓ Packed Brown Sugar
½ Tspn Cinnamon
1 Tbspn Flour
1 Tbspn Butter
Method:
Prepare as recommended here.
Topping:
Mix first three ingredients, cut butter in, scatter generously over muffins before putting into the oven
